Susanne Ragen has over 20 years of experience in consulting, finance and research management. Ms. Ragen’s research has spanned a broad range of real estate and environmentally related topics including specialized research on the real estate capital markets, property markets and valuation research; regional and national economic assessments; environmental policy and regulation, technology trends; and real estate best practices.
While Ms. Ragen’s research efforts have focused on the real estate industry in recent years, she has a broad research and analytic background including work on federal bank regulatory issues at the Federal Regulatory Council, research on environmental regulations and economic incentives at the Joint Center for Urban Studies of Harvard and MIT, evaluation of regulatory policy and economics at the California Air Resources Board, evaluation and research into the economic impacts of toxic waste regulations and related matters at the Environmental Protection Agency, and financing and budgetary research at the California Office of the Legislative Analyst.
Susanne Ragen has a Masters of Public Policy and Bachelors of Science from the College of Conservation and Natural Resources at the University of California at Berkeley.
